CREATE A FORM WHICH ALERTS PEOPLE TO FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS WHICH YOU CHOOSE!

This was too cool and time-saving for me to hoard it all to myself! I wrote it and want to share it with you! You can use it for FREE.

This will create javascript code to place in the head section of your page which will verify that the required fields (that you specify) are filled out in the form. Works for text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes and email addresses.

You can create your form first or just know the order in which your fields will appear on the form. OR Let the script create the whole form for you! Answer the questions below and click "Go to Step 2", then fill out the next page and click "Generate". You can pick up your code and copy it to the head section of your form page.

Let us begin... STEP ONE

HOW MANY FIELDS do you have?
Count any text fields, text boxes and checkboxes as one each. Count all hidden fields. (Hidden fields should come first after the form tag.) Also count each radio button. ALL FIELDS.
(Best to be exact but overestimate rather than underestimate)
